Richard grew up in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania and attended Temple University to study Biochemistry. After graduation, he worked in research and development at Merck & Co., before eventually moving into a management role within the manufacturing division. While considering whether to enter pharmaceutical sales, Richard found that he needed entry-level sales experience.
In order to learn these skills, Richard joined a marketing company selling fiber optics to businesses in Philadelphia for Verizon. As Richard progressed throughout the company, he’s had the opportunity to work on 6 sales campaigns for various Fortune 500 clients in 6 markets all throughout the country. Richard began focusing on his leadership and management skills and in April 2013, became an entrepreneur working with the third largest telecommunications company in the US.
“I’m committed to delivering our clients with the results they demand while at the same time providing expansion opportunities to my people through our management training program”, says Richard.
The goal now is to expand into several markets with various Fortune 500 clients throughout the next year.
